The historic Tamworth Jockey Club provides the perfect backdrop for an elegant garden wedding with its historic grandstand, race track, stables and finishing post.

Manicured lawns and rose gardens provide the ideal setting for outdoor entertainment in a stylish marquee or in the enclosed betting ring.

Complete with manicured lawns, rose gardens, historic grandstand and our superbly appointed function centre, the TJC provides the perfect backdrop for a multitude of events. Race meets are held regularly and the outstanding facilities are constantly in demand for weddings, bridal expos and all types of functions and events.

In addition to hosting a variety of events throughout the year, the Tamworth Jockey Club is home to 130 racehorses who utilise the comprehensive facilities on a full time basis. The club has five tracks; a trotting track, dirt track, cinders track and two grass tracks; the B grass and the course proper which see over 120 horses worked each morning.
